My research area is the interface between combinatorics and algebra. My primary interest is the theory of convex polytopes, both as important mathematical objects in their own right and also for their applications to toric and tropical geometry. I obtained my Ph.D. in mathematics in 2007 from the University of Washington under the direction of Rekha Thomas. Here is my CV.
